We do not only build for ourselves.
MAGRAFT, SETSEBI, CHINYAMA and CABANGA ACADEMY are our own. The same engineering team builds for other companies, and has done since well before the first of our own boards opened. In every case the build is the same three pieces: the web app the business runs on, the billing app behind it, and the CRM that holds the customer record. A selection is below.
A specialist heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractor in South Africa, working across commercial, industrial and residential installations, with service work running continuously across sites.

- Billing appQuotes, invoices and payment records issued and tracked in one place
- CRMCustomers, jobs and history on one record instead of across five inboxes
A South African conglomerate that began in construction, moved into paint manufacturing, and then into beauty and hair care with a salon lounge. Three unrelated industries running under one house, each with its own customers and its own paperwork.

A Botswana food business with a spice range carried across retail and trade. Orders, stock lines and repeat customers all have to be tracked across a range that keeps growing.

An investigative journal publishing to a readership that follows it closely. A publication carries the same operational load as any other business: subscribers, advertisers, invoices and a record of who has paid for what.

The publishing house behind twelve regional business magazine editions and two specialist journals, circulating across twenty-four countries. A separate company from Cabanga Platforms, with the same founder.

An editorial title framed around coffee, publishing to a readership outside the group’s southern African core. Built on the same three pieces as everything else here.

One system, not three tools that do not speak.
The three pieces share one record
Most businesses run a site in one place, invoices in another and the customer list in a third, and reconcile them by hand. We build the web app, the billing app and the CRM against the same record, so an enquiry becomes a customer, a job and an invoice without anyone retyping it.
Built for the network people have
Installs to a phone, loads on a weak signal, and holds its state when the connection drops. That is the standard for our own platforms and it is the standard for yours, because your staff are working in the same conditions ours are.
You own what we build
The domain, the files, the data, the accounts and the code are yours. We are not holding your business hostage to a monthly fee for access to your own system, and there is no version of this where leaving costs you your records.
It has to run without us
A system that only works while someone is watching it is not finished. We hand over something your own people can operate, with the ordinary day-to-day work done from the interface rather than by asking us.
If you need one built, tell us what it has to do.
Start with the job the system has to perform and the work your people are currently doing by hand. That is what determines the build.
